These spooky Halloween Napkin rings are adjustable to fit any of your favorite paper napkins. Each one is made with a matte finish black background and a fun spooky design on top made with a ( sealed) sparkly glitter cardstock paper.
* Each napkin ring measures approximately 5 inches long by up to 2 inches high.
* Each napkin ring has an adhesive spot on the back of the design so you are able to adjust the length to fit your favorite paper napkins.
* The glitter paper has a clear coating on top so there is no loose glitter to clean up.
