1. What kind of products does Shirley's Workshop sell?
Shirley's Workshop specializes in unique handmade products. Our top-selling items include 4 Leaf Clover Napkin Rings and a Spoilt Dog Lives Here Key Rack. With attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, our one-of-a-kind items add a touch of charm and personality to any home or table setting.
2. How do I return an item?
Contact us within 7 days of your item delivery date and return the item within 7 days of return authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please include your original packing slip to complete the return process.
3. What items are not eligible for return?
Customized/personalized items are non-returnable.
4. How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. How can I exchange an item?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that are not custom or personalized. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at shirley@shirleysworkshop.com.
6. What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please save the original packaging. We will require photos of the damaged items and packaging to process your claim.
7. Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations as long as your order has not shipped, except for custom/personalized orders. Once we have started making your custom/personalized item, we cannot accept cancellations.
8. What is the return address for my product?
Please mail your product to: P O Box 772854, Ocala, FL 34477. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items unless the item was received defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within a certain amount of days after your item is recedived. If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank for further assistance.
10. What if I received a gift and want to return it?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser on file.
