Shirley's Workshop accepts payment through Paypal and all major credit cards.

Shipping
All orders will ship within 3-7 business days from the date of payment.

Custom orders will be shipped as promised at the time of the sales.

All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted or otherwise requested.

 Shirley's Workshop will send the order to the address provided.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if there is any problem with your item , please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so that I can have the opportunity to work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom orders are not refundable unless damage has occurred during shipping.
