I live in Florida but we still have those colder days that a nice warm bowl of chili is needed.  Here's a Pork Chili recipe that's perfect!

Ground Pork Chili

2 lb Ground Pork

1 Lg  Onion, chopped

4 Cloves Garlic

2 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp Dried Organo

1 (28 oz) Can Stewed Tomatoes

2 Cans Mild Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles

1 (15 oz) Can Kidney Beans with liquid

1 (15 oz) Can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed

  1. Combine ground pork, onion, and garlic in large stockpot.  Cook and stir over medium heat until pork is brown.

       2.  Stir in chili powder, salt, oregano, tomatoes, and tomato sauce;  break up tomatoes while stirring.  Hear to boiling, reduce heat to simmer, and cover.  Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.

        3.  Stir in the beans.  Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Serve with some warm crusty bread and a side salad.
